Subject: considerations in the final term of City Councilman 2004-2009

e via elencando ,come vedono da soli,i cittadini.
Torno quindi,con sollievo, semplice cittadino,lasciando ad altri la responsabilità di rappresentanza delle aspettative della Comunità . Qualche indicazione ai nuovi mi sento di dare. Dal Sindaco mi auguro dignità e fermezza per la tutela ragionata degli interessi di Polcenigo nei rapporti con gli altri Comuni ed Istituzioni.Il sistema attuale di rappresentanza vede il Sindaco nettamente prevalente ; il Consiglio Comunale può essere significativo solo se i suoi componenti sono preparati e motivati:l’equilibrio tra i due è a difficult and leads to mutual availability.
