PRIX SAINT LUCIA 2009
Article 1
The NPO Research Associazone Saint Lucia in the World - Archives April - Syracuse, establishing an annual National Award Saint Lucia in 2009 with the aim of promoting the religious value , to promote the study, the traditions and the veneration of Saint Lucia, virgin and martyr of Syracuse, in its worship and in his example, taking care of every initiative aimed at achieving the objectives referred to in this article.
Article 2 In the spirit of Article 1, the prize is open to anyone who has expressed his works that Christian love is fondamento nelle virtù teologali: la Fede, la Speranza e la Carità.
Un grande esempio di virtù teologali lo troviamo nella vita di Santa Lucia.
Con Fede ha creduto nelle parole di Cristo: Io sono la via, la verita e la vita. Ha abbracciato la Sua Croce, donando con la Carità i suoi averi ai poveri e offrendo con il sacrificio la propria vita attraverso il martirio, con la Speranza che si attende da Dio, la vita eterna.
Articolo 3
Il premio consiste in una coppa con gli occhi e la fiamma, simboli del martirio di Santa Lucia. Esso rappresenta una riproduzione ideale della coppa (con gli occhi e la fiamma) del simulacro d’argento di Santa Lucia in Siracusa.

Torno quindi,con sollievo, semplice cittadino,lasciando ad altri la responsabilità di rappresentanza delle aspettative della Comunità . Qualche indicazione ai nuovi mi sento di dare. Dal Sindaco mi auguro dignità e fermezza per la tutela ragionata degli interessi di Polcenigo nei rapporti con gli altri Comuni ed Istituzioni.Il sistema attuale di rappresentanza vede il Sindaco nettamente prevalente ; il Consiglio Comunale può essere significativo solo se i suoi componenti sono preparati e motivati:l’equilibrio tra i due è a difficult and leads to mutual availability.
